BIOGRAPHY
Ian Mutch is a skilled musician, composer and voiceover artist with more than 25 years of recording and performing experience.
He is a graduate of the SUNY Fredonia School of Music and holds a Master of Education Degree. Ian has taught music for nearly 20 years at all levels.
​
Originally from Fairport, NY, Ian lived in Buffalo, NY for many years where he taught music, accompanied and directed award-winning choirs. He also directed musicals and sang with the Harmonia Chamber Singers.

Ian moved back to Rochester in the Fall of 2018 and still teaches music. On top of teaching, he works as a coach at Camp Roc Star and as the resident accompanist at St. Mary's Church in Scottsville, NY.
​
As a performer, Ian works quite often as a solo pianist for political and corporate functions, weddings, cocktail hours, restaurants and other special events. Ian also performs in local pit orchestras for various musicals.
​
In his free time, Ian composes Contemporary Instrumental and New Age music which can be found on this site as well as iTunes and Amazon Music.
